With self-inquiry we explore the true nature of our body, nervous system, feelings and emotions, thoughts, beliefs, memories and conditioning. We have the opportunity to come face to face with the Truth of our Being through our own first-hand felt experience of our amazing body-minds. We begin to recognize where we have been misperceiving and were we have been acting through our conditioning.
The moment we recognize the stories we have created about ourselves, others, and life, as a result of our conditioning and beliefs, we are free from the suffering that these misperceptions have caused. This freedom gives us the clarity of mind to live our lives authentically and to respond to each situation that appears in our life with the perfect response.
