Yoga & iRest® Class Schedule
Pre-registration is required for all classes. Classes are small. Please contact us to be sure your preferred class has space available for new students. You will be contacted when your registration has been received. Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Mondays 5-6pm Code MY1 $30 Monthly
Level 1 Hatha Yoga

A gentle class appropriate for beginners, and those who perceive themselves to have physical limitations.
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm Code MY2 $30 Monthly
Level 2 Hatha Yoga
Location: Ease of Being - Fair Oaks
For those with some yoga experience and active, healthy beginners who can touch their toes.
Tuesdays 10-11am Code TY12 $30 Monthly

iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation
Location: Ease of Being - Fair Oaks
Guided progressive deep relaxation and self-inquiry

Wednesdays 6:30 -7pm Code WY2 $30 Monthly

General Class - Gentle Hatha Yoga
This class is held at Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento. Open to both Kaiser members and non-Kaiser members. Kaiser members pay $20 for 4 consecutive classes. Non-Kaiser members pay $25 for four consecutive classes.

Adaptive Hatha Yoga
Location: Ease of Being - Fair Oaks
For people with chronic conditions and physical limitations. Small class, one on one assistance. (CFS, FMS, MS, Parkinson's, arthritis, chronic pain, various chronic conditions)
